The Latest

FEBRUARY 2016 UPDATE:

Neurological Reorganization is changing Greg's life. Soon, we will have a more complete update about the benefits he has realized so far, as well as noting future expectations. But in the meantime, I can tell you this interesting story:

As his "coach mom" helping him through encouragement and cracking a whip (just kidding) (well, mostly), there have been times (many, actually) when he gets breathless and just stops. Frankly, I thought it was laziness or simple fatigue. Well, boy, was I wrong.

Pictured here with Greg is his godmother,
Chris Prange, who's been encouraging
him throughout.
IT IS LITERAL, PHYSICAL, DISCOMFORT! THAT IS NOT A BAD THING, BUT GOOD NEWS BECAUSE IT MEANS CELLS ON THE BRAIN ARE BEING RESTORED.

We have waited almost 32 years to receive such incredible news.

Thank you for your interest, your prayers, your encouragement. Thank you to those who have contributed to help make this possible.

Once again, I encourage any of you to inquire of me how this might benefit someone you know with a brain injury or almost any other mental challenge. It doesn't have to stay that way.

GREG'S FIRST FOLLOWUP APPOINTMENT IS COMING IN FEBRUARY!

Great progress is underway. Around the middle of February, Bette LaMont, Neurological Reorganization therapist, will be here in Indy from her HQ in Seattle and conduct her first followup on Greg.

Please read this if you know anyone diagnosed autistic, bipolar, severe closed head injured, and/or other brain/mental disorders:

I want to encourage you to write or call me to learn about Neurological Reorganization therapy. I myself am learning more and more about successes for people suffering from severe brain injuries and mental disorders.  So much is always available to address physical illnesses, but so very little is even discussed about brain and mental issues much less being done about them other than expensive doctors' appointments and medicines. But there is NEUROLOGICAL REORGANIZATION. This could be the ANSWER for many on whom the system has given up or offered no solution.

It's not drugs. It's not long hours of mental workouts. No, instead, it is physical therapy that helps to restore the brain's damaged or neglected cells. (I'm almost 70 and I'm doing it with not small success for my memory!) I won't lie to you. It is VERY hard, for Greg and, frankly, me helping him. It is a grueling, twice daily regimen that takes hours because the head injury, itself, causes procrastination and diversions. But the results are already proving to be worth it. LIFE CHANGING. And after 31 years of no other help. 31 years. We will report here Bette's findings soon. Thanks for visiting.

GOOD NEWS FROM THE MAIN MAN HIMSELF (Greg)

Crawling (army crawl)
Greg just asked me (mom) if I'd noticed something very important. "I'm not doing my old job rants any more like I used to!"

Let us explain. Since Greg began working – all post trauma – he has felt it necessary to rehash old job hurts and frustrations and irritations, not letting them go. HE IS LETTING THEM GO! – all part of the therapy – Neurological Reorganization. This is GOOD – exceptional, actually – NEWS, indicative of further restoration in process. Thank You God and Bette Lamont, therapist extraordinaire!
